Is this new version prism-program compatible?

Dropbox describes the version 2.3.1 as "Improvements to keep you happy". Do these improvements bring Dropbox into voluntary cooperation with the government's data collection program...aka Prism program? It was reported during the Edward Snowden leaks that Dropbox was in the preparation stage to voluntarily join Prism. Hopefully they've reconsidered?

New Version has issues

New version has issues with the menus. Moved one file, it worked. Tried to move second file, and it locks up. I have to restart Dropbox for every file move. Even deleted and reinstalled. Please fix!!! This is discouraging.

Add Rename Option

Kindly add rename function for folders and fils. Just simply by adding extra option icon where we slide for more actions.
